Willie founded Busy B Construction in 2011 after years in the trades. He'd seen too many shortcuts, too much miscommunication, and too many promises that didn't hold up — so he set out to build the kind of company he'd want to hire himself.
Today, Willie is on every project. He meets clients personally, leads the crew on-site, and walks every job before it leaves his hands. When something needs to be discussed, decided, or fixed, you talk to him directly — not a project manager, not a sub, not a service line.
That hands-on approach is the reason Busy B has grown almost entirely through referrals and repeat clients. It's also why we stay selective: doing the work this way takes focus, and we'd rather do fewer projects well than more projects poorly.
